Analysys concluded that this increase in B2B E-Commerce is primarily the result of the following factors:
 
First, macroeconomic policies enacted by the Chinese government played a role in the growth. The State Council issued the policy, Guidance on Accelerating the Development of Producer Services and Promoting Industrial Restructuring and Upgrading. Guidance expedited industrial change and innovation.  It emphasized accelerating the development of producer services and promoting the trade of bulk raw materials online; industrial products online customization and business collaboration development of upstream and downstream related enterprises.  Ultimately, such policies have encouraged the development of the B2B market.
 
Second, as B2B e-commerce platforms diversified, they boosted overall market development.  B2B e-commerce platforms provide services for the primary players in the industry chain.  While at first only the main players in industry chains
